1. Who these terms cover

These Terms of Service govern your use of the TechStar Innovation Hub website, enrolment in any of our bootcamps, workshops or courses, and any purchase made through the TechStar Store. By browsing this site, submitting an enquiry, enrolling in a programme, or placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Programmes and enrolment

Course and bootcamp listings on this site describe the curriculum, schedule and fees available at the time of publishing. Enrolment is confirmed once payment or a payment plan has been arranged with our team; a place on a cohort is not guaranteed until that confirmation is given. We reserve the right to reschedule a cohort, change a trainer, or adjust a syllabus where circumstances require it, and we will let enrolled participants know as soon as we reasonably can.

3. Payments and refunds

Fees for programmes and products are quoted in Tanzanian Shillings unless stated otherwise. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and should be raised with our team through the contact page as early as possible — the closer a request is made to a cohort's start date, the less of the fee we are typically able to return, since trainer time and materials are committed in advance.

4. The TechStar Store

Hardware sold through the TechStar Store — boards, sensors, robotics kits and similar items — is subject to the stock, pricing and delivery terms shown at checkout. Product photography is representative; minor variations in packaging or included accessories can occur between batches from the same supplier.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to submit false information, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems, or infringe the intellectual property of TechStar Innovation Hub or any third party. Course materials, curricula and branded content remain the property of TechStar Innovation Hub and are provided for the personal use of enrolled participants, not for resale or redistribution.

6. Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care in the design and delivery of our programmes and the accuracy of information on this site, but TechStar Innovation Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, participation in a programme, or use of a product purchased through the Store, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Tanzanian law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our programmes and services evolve. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision; continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
